"Fearless is an impossible notion created in a mind facing denial. Fearless is a defense mechanism, yet meaningless to those who understand the form of the word. Now tell me... what do you fear?"
―Krank[src]

Krank the Clown is an evil clown character in the Sinister Clowns scare zone during Fright Fest at Six Flags St. Louis. He made his debut during Fright Fest 2015, and has returned every year since, making him one of the event's most popular characters.

Known as the "Mangled Ringmaster" of the Con T. Kennedy Circus, Krank is known to terrorize guests with his signature chainsaw and chaotic tendencies.

Backstory[]

On November 22, 1915, the circus train of Con T. Kennedy Shows was en route to Girard, Alabama, when it collided with a passenger train at Bull Creek, six miles east of Columbus. Fire swept through the tangled wreckage of the circus train, killing 15 people and many of the circus animals. The fire was so intense that only 6 bodies were recovered, with the other 9 being reduced to nothing but ash. Soon after, Con T. Kennedy Shows erected a memorial inside of the northwest section of Riverdale Cemetery, in memory of the tragic accident.

In 2015, a man known as Krank came to St. Louis, claiming that he was the "mangled ringmaster" of the Con T. Kennedy Circus, and that he survived the wreck that had occurred over 62 years before.
