David McKillips (born December 9, 1971) is an American businessman who was the Senior Vice President of International Park Operations at Six Flags Entertainment Corporation from 2018 to 2020, and the President of Six Flags International.[1] Formerly, McKillips had been the Vice President of Advertising and Custom Publishing at DC Comics.
Career[]
Six Flags (2006–2020)[]
In 2006, David McKillips joined Six Flags Incorporated. In September 2010, McKillips became the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Alliances at the company. In January 2016, he was named SVP of In-Park Services, overseeing the company's food and beverage, retail and games offerings at the parks. In January 2018, he was named SVP of International Park Operations, also becoming the President of Six Flags International Development Company, succeeding John Odum.
CEC Entertainment (2020–present)[]
On January 21, 2020, David McKillips was named CEO of CEC Entertainment, the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese, effective immediately. This marked his departure from the company after nearly 14 years.[2]
